GENERAL INFORMATION

We offer Free Shipping for all orders over 80€.

Shipping costs vary depending on the geographical area of delivery.

You can estimate the cost of your delivery on the shopping cart page. 

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. A phone number for delivery is also recommended.

We do not take responsibility for loss, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Delivery times are estimated. They are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays and public holidays.

The delivery time starts from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.

• In Europe:
-  2 to 5 working days

• Outside Europe:
- Express delivery in 2 to 8 working days, depending on location.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility. When in doubt, check your local obligations ahead of purchase.
