RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURN TIME:
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to return the product(s) received.
RETURN COSTS:
We offer free return labels only for orders shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, and Great Britain.
For all other countries, return shipping is at the customer's cost.
In the event that the product(s) received is/are defective and/or non-compliant, you can contact customer service by email (info@globalchampionsshop.com) so that a free return form can be sent to you to return the defective and/or non-compliant product(s).
SHIPMENT OF RETURN PACKAGE:
To make a return request, please log into your customer area and click on "Request return" under "Orders" to declare your return. Or refer back to your original order confirmation email and click on "Request a Return". Once the return is approved, a return form can be printed and attached to your return package.
If you are in one of the eligible countries (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Great Britain), a prepaid return label will be issued and sent to you by email. If not, you must arrange and pay for your own return shipping to:

In all cases, you must send us the product(s) within 14 days and include the return form specifying your order number.
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE RETURN:
The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled will not be taken back.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be made within fourteen (14) days of the product being received by us or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A €5 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- It is not possible to refund to a different payment method than the original purchase.
The time it takes to transfer to your account may vary depending on the bank. Returns not made by downloading a return form from the "Returns" section in your customer area (when logged in to the store) will be subject to a longer processing and refund time.
ON-EVENT PURCHASES:
Products purchased on-site at an event can be refunded or exchanged free of charge on site. If you wish to return an order made at an event after the event, this will be at your own cost. Please contact info@globalchampionsshop.com for instructions.
EXCHANGES:
It is not possible to exchange a product ordered online. We invite you to return the product ordered and place a new order.
